The sound and light proof float cabins installed at Sierra Float Spa provide the perfect environment for quality REST.
With precise air and water temperature control, better environmental control than an open room, and a more spacious floating area than a traditional tank design, these rooms are built to be approachable to those new to floating, and provide a superior float for the most experienced floaters.
IMPECCABLY CLEAN
The solution in the float cabins meets or exceeds the guidelines defined in the North American Float Tank Standard developed by the Floatation Tank Association.
Essential oils diffuse in the reception area. The air in the space is purified through a HEPA filter. The water is purified through the use of ozone, UV light and hydrogen peroxide.
From the coconut oil makeup removing wipes to the bamboo towels, to organic bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, all amenities are all natural and provided just for you.

MIND
Floating allows for a downshift in the frequency of brainwaves. Meditating is one way to experience long periods of Theta state brain waves. Floating gives us an extended period of time in the Theta state. Science has shown that Theta state is a place of healing, rest, and rejuvenation.

Floating helps you bounce back faster from workouts by reducing lactic acid in the blood. By floating free of gravity, lactic acid passes out of the muscles faster, which reduces overall muscle stiffness and pain. The relaxation from the feeling of reduced gravity alleviates chronic pain.
